We're pleased to announce the opening of our new Global Supply Chain Center in Santa Ana, California.

Please be advised that effective September 1, 2026, all biopharmaceutical orders for cryogenic and ultra cold shipping systems currently fulfilled from our Irvine Logistics Center will be shipped from the Santa Ana Global Supply Chain Center. Additionally, all self-collections must take place at the Santa Ana facility (1720 E Garry Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92705) beginning September 1, 2026. These changes will not apply to clients with active quality agreements in place who have made alternate arrangements to transition to the Santa Ana facility at a later date.
